space limitations, class and workshop attendees should
pick up all completed projects within six weeks of the
final firing unless pre-arranged. The Almonte Potters
Guild cannot guarantee that completed pieces will remain
in the studio after that date.

Summer Camps for Children
2011
The Almonte Potters Guild has offered these
popular summer camps for several years. The mix of art
and pottery makes this a unique opportunity for your child
to explore his or her creativity. This year’s camps
will also include a lunchtime yoga class on Tuesday and
Thursday.
Pottery
instruction will be led by Saskia Praamsma and
other members of the Potters Guild.
Art activities will be led by Linda Hamilton.
Lunchtime kids yoga will be led by Tamara Reasin
from the Yoga Station in Carleton Place. |

Children's
Birthday Parties and Group Parties
We offer one-and-a-half hour or two
hour clay workshops for children's birthday parties
for up to ten children (for more than 10 kids, we'll
need adult help).
The basic prices are $17.00 per child/person
for one-and-a-half hour, or $ 22.00 for a two hour party.
There is a minimum charge of $60.00 per party. All materials,
as well as glazing and firing are included.

Daytime
classes for home schooling
We provide a stimulating
environment for groups of home-schooled children to
make creative clay projects during daytime hours. The
age range we cater to is five to 12 years, in minimum
groups of five.
